SHIPPING POLICY
The 127 Collection has a 5-7 business day processing time. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed before it is dispatched with the selected carrier.
Please note that The 127 Collection is not responsible for packages that are delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Please verify your address during checkout to ensure we receive your correct address.
If your package gets lost or is delayed during transit please contact your shipping carrier, as a claim will need to be filed with that carrier. Once your package leaves The 127 Collection's studio, shipping is controlled by the carrier service and is out of our control.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All of our products are carefully inspected, and properly packed before they are shipped out. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are Final.
If the item is damaged during shipment we will replace it with proof of damage within 3 days of delivery. Photographic proof of damage is submitted to the127collection@gmail.com.
